Marcus founded TSSAC after 15 years leading IT operations for Canadian enterprises. Frustrated by watching small businesses struggle with fragmented vendors and enterprise pricing, he built TSSAC on the simple idea that Canadian SMBs deserve better. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and is a former Microsoft MVP.
