Pricing FAQs
Can I start with Community and upgrade later?
Absolutely! Community membership is free forever. When you need managed security services and expert help, you can upgrade to Starter, Core, or Growth at any time. No lock-in, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What if I already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No problem! We can work with your existing subscription through our GDAP partnership model. You keep your licenses, we manage them for you. Or we can help you migrate to a CSP subscription when your current term ends for better pricing.
What happens if I go over my monthly expert consultation hours?
We'll let you know when you're approaching your monthly limit. Additional hours are available at $175/hour, or you can upgrade to the next tier for more included time and better value. We never charge overages without discussing with you first.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Month-to-month billing, no long-term contracts required. We earn your business every month by delivering value. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Community membership is always free with no cancellation needed.
Do you support Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?
Yes! All our managed security services work with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. We deploy Google ATP, configure Workspace security settings, backup Google data, and provide the same level of protection regardless of your platform.
What if I have fewer than 5 users?
We have a 5-user minimum for paid tiers. At Starter pricing ($499 base + $225 for 5 users + licenses), you'd pay around $854/month total. This ensures we can provide quality service and makes the economics work for proper security coverage.
